I made an appointment for a fitting. I had a great experience and for once I feel like I finally fit into a bra. Jackie is really great at what she does. She also offered affordable but beautiful and well fitting bras. I can't wait to go back as I have my eye on a delicate set that I must make mine.

I made an appointment for an afternoon fitting & had an amazing experience here!!! It wasn't crowded (there were literally only 2 other customers). I finally feel like I have a bra that does what it's supposed to do. Jackie is very professional, patient, & knowledgeable. She was so helpful & answered all of my questions with no judgement. The way she measured & then put on each bra to try was incredibly dignified & didn't make you feel gawked at, poked at, or in the way. This is the only bra/intimates place I've been to in the area that doesn't make bigger girls feel like a spectacle & is also trauma-informed in the way fittings are done! SA/DV survivors, plus-size girlies, anyone with body image issues, or anyone without a woman role model to teach about bras-- this is definitely a friendly space for you! Will absolutely be coming back here!!!

***Life Changing***
I decided to visit 'Her Underthings' when I retired in early 2024. Jackie picked out a few bras which I loved and purchased. I asked about pullover bras with no hooks. She introduced me to Evelyn Bobbie bras. That was a pivotal moment !! Amazing comfort, plenty of support and a smooth stylish fit - on my well endowed figure. I have since been back two times to purchase more Evelyn Bobbie because of the compliments received when wearing them. "You look so much slimmer since you retired." (Happy dance ... no weight-loss ... new bras) I then purchased two sets of Cosabella pajamas. They too exceeded my expectations and I now have a set for each day of the week.

Ladies, invest in yourself. Jackie at Her Underthings changed my life, seriously. All your purchases are kept on your account so it is easy to ask "what was the underwire bra I purchased 6 months ago?"

As a Breast Cancer Survivor, who still wants to feel sexy and pretty, this place is what I have been searching for! Personalized service from a certified fitter. Plus they have post-mastectomy bathing suits (no more online ordering something that doesn't fit!). And if the lingerie you want doesn't have a pocket for your form, they will sew one in for you whenever possible!! I will be back again.

I normally find bra shopping dreadful. Today, I ENJOYED bra shopping!!!!! I am still in shock at being able to say that. The owner is knowledgeable, friendly and just amazing. I was wearing several cup sizes less than I should have been. My shoulders were supporting most of the weight because of the bras I was wearing. After the new bra was on, I asked to wear it out, I did not want to put my previous one on. Now, that I knew how a good bra was supposed to feel there is no going back. It also put the weight on the band where it belonged. I HIGHLY recommend this store and lovely owner. I especially recommend it to those with a larger top. She has multiple options and in fun colors too!

I experienced the BEST customer service at Her Underthings today! It was my first time there and Jackie treated me as if she's known me for years! She helped me locate 2 very comfortable bras that fit me more than JUST RIGHT! And the perfect waist trimmer! PLus, she donated a gift certificate to my organization for our Fundraiser! What a joy getting fitted for a bra. Jackie was so knowledgeable and low key. I have wanted to do this for so long. Everyone should get a bra fitted no matter what size they are.

They fit me amazingly. I've never had the right size until now. Not to mention they are certified in compression stockings. So happy to know I can get my needs in a beautiful store instead of having to go to a pharmacy. I love supporting local businesses. And this is one I will be supporting for a long time.

Her UnderThings is a special store. Beautiful decor, a magical feeling and wonderful staff. This is the perfect place to get your underthings. I love the name and the fact that this place is in honor of Jackie's sister Jessica.

I met a group of friends last night for bra fitting. I waked in and was immediately greeted by Jackie the owner and immediately brought me to my friends. As a breast cancer survivor having a lumpectomy I really needed proper fitting to restore me to pre breast cancer mode. I was not disappointed! Jackie was so professional, and so vested in finding the right fit for me. When we were all checking out and thanking Jackie for her help I came to realize that we kept her past the store hours. Jackie never rushed us and told us to take our time. That very rarely happens and reaffirms my belief that buying from local small businesses is the way to go. The personal experience is something that was refreshing and appreciated. I would encourage people to go explore. I was happy to see that she also carries a large variety of lymphoma gloves and sleeves that were so stylish! Visit the store you will not be disappointed.

Let me start off saying that I will be a customer for life. Jackie, the owner, was personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable. My teen age daughter, who is very shy and introverted, (and very large busted), desperately needed to have someone fit her properly for a bra. I won't go into too much detail, but my daughter was in a lot of pain and unfortunately she ,nor I, knew how to help her. Jackie knew what needed to happen. She made my daughter feel comfortable, and within a very short time had fitted her with several lovely bras that made her feel amazing! Jackie , we can not thank you enough. Talk about life changing! Very personable service. Nice to get a proper fitting. Variety of styles & colors. Of they don't have it; she can order it. One of the few places that offer mastectomy options.

My favorite shop! I have struggled with back and neck pain for over a decade due to my larger top. I have permanent ridges in my shoulders from the years of my straps supporting most of the weight, yet, not well.

I had been fitted at multiple stores and was shown a small selection of nude or black bras that I thought were the right size. They still didn't help the pain. I thought that as long as I had a large top, this was just something that came with it, you know, like avoiding button shirts that become projectiles over time and never close.

I had seriously researched what was involved in getting a reduction due to the constant discomfort. Then, I stumbled across her shop. I told her what size I was told I was and that I didn't expect she carried my size. Turns out, she not only carried a large selection, but, carried a large selection of what size I actually am. (Which was several cup sizes larger than I was told) Oh, and she has COLORS too!!!

I threw out the bra I was wearing on the spot and put my new one on. It was not cheap $65, but, it immediately made a difference. I no longer have back pain or neck pain. My weight is on the band where it should be. She taught me a lot that I should have known having worn bras for my whole adult life.

She carries A-O and everything in between. She carries bathing suits and sports bras too! Need help after a mastectomy, she has you covered. She knows her business and her clients. It was months before I went back and she remembered my size and my preferred style.
